The Court is a friendly retirement housing development based in a beautiful setting with a good supportive community, and fantastic neighbours.  Alan Jones and Andrew Orchard fall into the latter category, which is why they won the Outstanding Neighbours Award.

Phoenix House, an Extra Care housing scheme, is based in Shirley and provides individual apartments for older people who want to live on their own but may need personal care and support.
